PROHIBITED PRODUCTS POLICY

To maintain a safe marketplace, the following products may not be listed or sold on STONESJOE.

Illegal Products

Products prohibited under Nigerian law.

Counterfeit Goods

Fake branded products or replicas intended to mislead buyers.

Stolen Property

Any item obtained unlawfully.

Weapons

Weapons prohibited under Nigerian law.

Illegal Drugs

Narcotics and controlled substances not legally permitted for sale.

Dangerous Chemicals

Hazardous materials prohibited by law.

Fraudulent Products

Products intended to deceive customers.

Copyright-Infringing Products

Items that violate copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

Adult Products

Products prohibited under Nigerian law or that violate STONESJOE’s marketplace standards.

Offensive or Harmful Content

Products promoting violence, hate, discrimination, terrorism, or other illegal activities.

Restricted Products

STONESJOE may restrict additional product categories at its sole discretion to comply with legal requirements, marketplace safety standards, or business policies.

Enforcement

STONESJOE reserves the right to:

Remove prohibited listings without notice
Suspend or terminate vendor accounts
Delay or withhold payouts during investigations
Report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities where required

Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal from the marketplace.
