If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, StonesJoe or the relevant Vendor may contact you regarding cancellation, substitution, or refund where applicable.

12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree not to:
- Use StonesJoe for illegal purposes.
- Create fraudulent accounts.
- Provide false information.
- Attempt unauthorized access to another account.
- Abuse Vendors or other customers.
- Submit fraudulent payment information.
- Attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings.

- Upload malicious software or harmful content.

- Engage in fraudulent chargebacks.
- Circumvent marketplace security measures.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, StonesJoe is not responsible for matters outside its reasonable control or for information supplied by independent Vendors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

23. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws governing StonesJoe and the relevant transaction.
Where required by applicable law, mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to a customer will continue to apply regardless of any other provision in these Terms.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising any mandatory legal rights available under applicable law.
