Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated by the vendor or required by law.


Non-Returnable Items

Unless defective or required by law, the following generally cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Opened hygiene items

Vendors are responsible for handling valid return requests and cooperating with STONESJOE during dispute resolution.

STONESJOE may assist in resolving disputes and may issue binding decisions where appropriate to maintain marketplace fairness.
