STONESJOE MARKETPLACE
VENDOR AGREEMENT

This Vendor Agreement governs participation as a seller on STONESJOE Marketplace.
1. Eligibility
To become a vendor you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate business information
- Provide valid payment information
- Agree to all marketplace policies
2. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are solely responsible for:
- Product authenticity
- Inventory
- Pricing
- Product descriptions
- Shipping
- Customer support
- Warranty obligations
- Compliance with Nigerian laws
3. Marketplace Commission
STONESJOE deducts a commission from every successful sale.
Commission rates may change with prior notice.
4. Vendor Payouts
Vendor earnings are paid after:
- Marketplace commission deduction
- Refund adjustments
- Chargeback adjustments (if applicable)
Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply.
5. Product Approval
Products become live immediately after submission.
However, STONESJOE may:
- Edit listings
- Hide products
- Remove products
- Suspend vendors
if marketplace policies are violated.
6. Off-Platform Sales
Vendors must not encourage customers to purchase outside STONESJOE.
Examples include:
- WhatsApp payments
- Direct bank transfers
- External websites
- Social media sales resulting from marketplace introductions
Violation may result in permanent removal.
7. Vendor Suspension
Accounts may be suspended for:
- Fraud
- Fake products
- Counterfeit goods
- Customer abuse
- Policy violations
- Illegal products
8. Marketplace Rights
STONESJOE reserves the right to:
- Suspend stores
- Remove listings
- Delay payouts
- Investigate complaints
- Terminate vendor accounts
9. Acceptance
By registering as a vendor, you agree to this Vendor Agreement and all marketplace policies.
